1. Description of fault phenomenon


After the customer sent the equipment for repair, our maintenance personnel first conducted an appearance inspection to confirm that the appearance of the host was intact and there was no obvious sign of external force damage. Then a power-on test was carried out. During this process, it was found that the host buttons failed, seriously affecting the normal operation of the equipment.


2. Details of disassembly inspection


In order to thoroughly investigate the root cause of the fault, the maintenance personnel disassembled the equipment for inspection. After carefully checking the motherboard, it was found that several chips had large parameter fluctuations when working. Further analysis determined that the chip voltage was unstable, and aging of some components was also observed. These problems are very likely to be the main factors causing button failure and potential unstable operation of the equipment. It is worth noting that other faults reported by the customer were not detected during this inspection.


3. Development and implementation of maintenance plan


Based on the results of the disassembly inspection, the following maintenance plan was formulated:


1.Motherboard repair: In view of the unstable voltage and parameter fluctuation of the motherboard chip, the endoscopy equipment repair personnel, with professional skills and rich experience, carefully inspected and debugged the relevant chips to restore their normal working state. At the same time, the aging components are fully replaced, and high-quality components that meet the equipment specifications are used to ensure the stable and reliable performance of the mainboard, fundamentally solving a series of problems caused by the mainboard failure.


2. Clean the dust and gas path and calibrate the overall power parameters: During the long-term operation of the equipment, a certain amount of dust has accumulated inside. The accumulation of dust may affect the heat dissipation performance of the equipment and the smoothness of the gas path, which in turn has an adverse effect on the overall operation of the equipment. Therefore, the maintenance personnel carried out a comprehensive and detailed dust cleaning work inside the equipment to ensure that each component has good heat dissipation and the gas path is unobstructed. In addition, in order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the equipment's output power, professional calibration instruments are used to accurately calibrate the overall power parameters of the equipment, so that the equipment can accurately meet various work requirements during operation.


After the unremitting efforts of the maintenance personnel, the equipment was fully repaired in accordance with the above maintenance plan. After the maintenance was completed, the equipment was strictly powered on and tested again.
